Unique Felted Shawl with Floral Design This unique felted shawl is entirely handmade. Its artistic design combines a deep navy-blue background with large, vivid red flowers, highlighted by golden-yellow centres and an intricate openwork texture in different shades of green. Fine and lightweight, the shawl has an exceptionally soft, flexible and airy structure. Numerous openwork spaces create a delicate lace-like effect, allowing light to pass through and giving the piece an ethereal and decorative quality. Its free, wavy edges beautifully frame the silhouette and create soft, flowing lines when draped over the shoulders. The floral design is entirely created by hand using carded wool. The fibres are carefully arranged in thin layers to gradually form the flowers, leaves, colour transitions and openwork surface. No industrial fabrics or pre-made felt are used — every stage of the process is completed by hand, from the composition to the final felting. This is not a print or a mass-produced item. The design is created directly within the fibres, giving every detail a lively and unique texture.
